Chairman Monn called the meeting to order at 7pm at the Stanton Town Shop, Knapp, WI Present: Chairman Monn, Supervisors Bob Anderson and Steve Nielsen, Clerk-Treasurer Val Windsor, Maintenance Kevin Finder and townspeople Candy Anderson, Karl Hackbarth, Tim Mittlestadt, Nick Schaaf, Randy Mittlestadt and Shelley Mittlestadt Motion to approve December minutes as mailed was made by R. Monn, 2nd by B. Anderson. Approved Treasurer’s Report:

Motion to accept Treasurer’s Report as mailed was made by S. Nielsen, 2nd by B. Anderson. Approved. Motion to approve Vouchers and Checks was made by R. Monn, 2nd by S. Nielsen. Approved. Maintenance Report: None Chairman Report: Rich called about the goat farm, this resident has all the proper permits from county. Supervisors Report: None Clerk-Treasurer Report: Prochnow Assessing would like to schedule open book and BOR dates. Open Book, April 19, 2019 2-4pm and Board of Review, May 9, 2019 6-8pm. Plan Commission Report: None Fire/Ambulance Report: Motion was made and passed to send the building plans out and should be back sometime in March. Town Meeting will be set sometime in March to let people know about the cost. Building Permits: Ken Windsor, occupied on 12/19/18 Ryan Ullom, foundation completed on 1/13/19 Mike Malean, home set on foundation 1/5/19 William Manwarren, close to occupancy as of 1/5/19 Matt Johnson, trailer on property until house can be built this summer New Business: Caucus for election of town officers in April. Nominations for Supervisors—Karl Hackbarth was nominated by B. Anderson, 2nd by S. Nielsen. Steve Nielsen was nominated by B. Anderson, 2nd by R. Monn. No other nominations were made at this time. Chairman –Bob Anderson was nominated by S. Nielsen, 2nd by C. Anderson. Tim Mittlestadt was nominated by R. Mittlestadt, 2nd by S. Mittlestadt. No other nominations were made at this time. Clerk-Treasurer Contract: Motion was made to keep contract the way it currently is was made by R. Monn, 2nd by B. Anderson. Approved. Public Comment: Some discussion on fire district Motion was made by B. Anderson, 2nd by R. Monn to adjourn meeting, Approved. Meeting adjourned at 7:20pm
