All officers of the board have a policy for any liability that may occur while serving Town of Stanton. Rick Geisen (Bremer Bank) here to discuss fire hall financing for Boyceville. Stanton Township is responsible for 21% of the new fire hall. We would like to have a meeting with residents so they know exactly what the cost will be. Rick said it is in our best interest to borrow our cost of the fire hall, it will save us in the long run. We can go up to a 20 year term, with 10 years being fixed. Banker does not believe it will require a referendum but he will confirm this process. Rick is more than willing to come back for any residential meeting we have. The next fire meeting for the bid opening will be March 13th. Motion to adjourn meeting was made by S. Neilsen, 2nd by R. Monn. Approved. Meeting adjourned at 8:10pm
