Maintenance Report: Boom mower guy called and asked if we are still interested in him doing the brush cutting as he got his new one.  He wants to wait until more of the snow is gone.  He charges $85-$90/hr. Kevin said there are roads that don’t need it. Board thought maybe 40-50 hours total.  Kevin has given a map in the past for roads that need it most.  Kevin will call him and get on the schedule so he can get started before the leaves are out.

Shane Duval is wondering about taking the iron from roll off.  Board is fine with that.  Tentatively set roll off for May 9th.

New truck is in “circulation”, had to buy a winter front for it as it set a code right away, they said it was too cold for it.  Kevin put on about 4 hours plowing with it and a wing fell off…they didn’t tighten the bolts very well.  Kevin called Shirley Rostamo and she came out and helped him.

Karl suggested we get through this round of weather, then come out and take pictures of the old truck and get it listed with WI State Surplus Auction by next week.

Chairman Report: Our balance with McCoy is now at $0.

Karl spoke with Melstrom Inspections, told him we would let him know when we are looking for a new building inspector. As of now Joe Atwood is continuing his services.

There is a small structures improvement program (culverts 6’-20’) webinar that Karl will sit in on and get some info on that. Application deadline on that is May 1st.
