Board Meeting minutes of December 18, 2023
Chairman Nielsen called the meeting to order at 6pm at the Stanton Town Shop, Knapp, WI.
Present: Chairman Nielsen, Supervisors Karl Hackbarth and Stephanie May, Patrolman Kevin Finder and Clerk-Treasurer Val Windsor

Motion to approve November 20, 2023 minutes as written was made by S. May, 2nd by S. Nielsen. Approved.
Treasurer’s Report: Balance on hand, November 1, 2023 $48,918.12
November Receipts $51,633.48
Less November Disbursements $39,158.24
Book balance as of Nov. 30, 2023 $61,392.92
Val will be paying the 2nd half of our ARPA funds to 24-7 for the Fiber they’ve put in the township.
Motion to approve Treasurer’s Report was made by S. Nielsen, 2nd by K. Hackbarth. Approved.
Motion to approve Vouchers and Checks was made by K. Hackbarth, 2nd by S. May. Approved.
Maintenance Report: Recycling has gotten better since the letter went out. A little here and there…
Dunn County is trying something new this year, anything less than 2” of snow, they will not be plowing on the weekends or holidays.
Meyer International called a few weeks ago, our new town truck will be built one year from now.

Building Permits: None
Committee Report: Fire and Ambulance met this last Wednesday. Both meetings went fairly smooth.
Ambulance will be giving the yearly review of the Chief at the March meeting.
Public Comment: Karl received an anonymous donation of cameras to help watch the recycling. Were also given the signs letting people know it is a 24 hour surveillance. Kevin will get these put up and posted.
