Maintenance Report: Kevin is wondering if we want to go with someone cheaper for pumping the shop septic tank.  He will call Drew Anderson as we’ve heard he is $100 cheaper.

150th Street is complete.

Mike Wolterstorff wanted to board to be aware residents are getting letters offering money for land.  It is junk mail.

Kevin found a pickup topper laying in the ditch, he will be picking it up, but may need help as its heavy.

Chairman Report:  Kevin went over the bid from Meyer Trucking, they came in about $24,000 less for the same thing we’d be getting from others which doesn’t include the trade in for our current truck. It is still a long time out for receiving the truck once you order it, but they require no money down and we could change our mind last minute if need be.  The board signed the contract so we can get one ordered, again this is not binding.

Supervisors Report:  Kevin cut up the downed tree on 130th Street, Bob Humpal picked it all up.

Clerk-Treasurer Report:  Received an email from GFL Environmental, the driver is saying there is a lot of non recycling in the dumpsters.  I told her maybe we could put up a sign as we don’t have an attendant on site. Kevin tries to keep an eye on things. Val will send out a newsletter reminding people what can go in the dumpsters. The board discussed putting up a camera to watch.

Building Permits:  None

Committee Reports:  Fire and Ambulance meetings both approved the budgets that were presented the previous month.
