Maintenance Report: Roads are a nightmare.  Kevin is wondering if we should get pure salt, it is more expensive than the salt/sand mix and Kevin isn’t sure if it’ll work or not.  We will wait for a little while to see how bad it gets.

The truck had some brake issues, had it fixed and it’s been working well.

Village of Downing called Steve and asked if we could plow their roads as their truck is down.  Kevin is way too busy right now to take care of that for them.

Chairman Report:  Kevin is doing a fantastic job with the roads.

Supervisors Report:  Wisconsin Town’s Association meeting will be January 30th at the Judicial Center in Menomonie.

Clerk-Treasurer Report: Only 2 elections this year, they will be February 21st, and April 4th.

Committee Reports: Fire Meeting—Fire Dept took a vote amongst themselves for Matt Lunderville as an interim fire chief.  The fire district board approved this.

Ambulance meeting went well.  Most of the firefighters stayed for the ambulance meeting as well.  It was approved by the Ambulance District Board to purchase a new ambulance.  This ambulance will cost approximately $315,000 and the old ambulance will bring in $8,500.  It is a gas-powered Dodge.

Lexipol will be writing the ambulance policies and procedures.

Annual Review of Chief Wayne Dow, which went well.

Building Permits:  None

New Business:  Drug Test Midwest email, we are not in compliance with the State Code because it was always handled with the county before.  Kevin needs to be listed in the Random Drug Testing, Val will fill out the form and send it in so we are in compliance.

Public Comment:  Some discussion on the Ambulance District and how well they are doing on the call times.

Motion to adjourn meeting was made by K. Hackbarth, 2nd by S. May.  Approved.
