Maintenance Report:  Dunn County Hwy. hires out a company to do bridge inspections.  The bridge on 130th Ave failed.  It needs spacers put into it, Dustin will send us an estimate on what it’ll cost to fix.  We have 60 days to complete that.  Crack filling is done. Seal coating still needs to be done.  Chainsaw is broken, needs to be fixed.  Kevin will call.

We will be getting a fire call charge for a spark started by work being done on the bridge on 12.  The company doing the work gave Kevin their address for us to send the bill.

The new dumpsters we got are 4 yard, instead of 6 like its supposed to be.  GFL is not getting the right size in.  They said they would bring another dumpster for the time being free of charge.

Waste Management still has not picked up their dumpsters.

Chairman Report:  None

Supervisor Reports:  Question was asked about mailings vs. emails and also about used oil.

Clerk-Treasurer Report:  August 9th election is ready to go.

I keep getting bills from Waste Management, I am current in all I’ve paid and it states on the bills that if paid it will auto renew our contract…I will not be paying it.  Val will be calling them to try and get this figured out and tell them to pick up their dumpsters.

Building permits:  Received a June report from Joe Atwood.  George Lewis, Jason McNamara, Stacey Bennett, Sam Voelker, Stan Wittenmeyer and Randy Miller.

Committee Reports:  No fire meeting or plan commission meeting.  Ambulance meeting went well, they were looking at per capita and call volume vs. per capita only for budgeting purposes.  It would make the townships assessment go way up so they will not be making this change.  Chief Dow has applied for several grants and if received could help with equipment, new ambulance, training costs, ect.
