Board is recommending that she cut some of the trees for better visibility.  Board is okay with this permit, Kevin will get it written up.

Roll off day is set for April 30th 9am-1pm

Chairman Report: Villages of Boyceville, Wheeler, and Downing would like to do a collection of Household Hazardous Waste and is inviting neighboring townships to participate.  We will try to find out the costs and dates and discuss it at the April meeting.

Chairman Bob Anderson, with a heavy heart, gave his resignation effective immediately, due to health issues.

Bob said that both supervisors have been great.  Bob had asked Karl to step in to chairman position, because of Steve’s longevity with the township, Karl has asked Steve to be chairman.  Steve has accepted.  This opens up a seat on the side board, Stephanie May was asked and accepted this position.  These positions will be officially sworn in at the April board meeting.

We need to let Dustin with the Dunn County Hwy. Dept know if we want them to do our bridge inspections, both over and under 20’ this year.  Cost is $147/bridge over 20’, $100/bridge under 20’

Motion was made that we do the inspections for both big and small by S. Nielsen, 2nd by K. Hackbarth.  Approved.

Supervisor Report: None

Clerk-Treasurer Report: Election is ready to go for April 5th.

Building permits:  None

Committee Reports: Ambulance District-given the circumstances that Wayne Dow came into, he is doing a fantastic job.  He is recruiting successfully, with 6 more ready to join in May.

Fire District-Chief Green went over bills.  Question was asked what the fire rating was for the Boyceville Fire Department as his insurance is saying Boyceville is rated a 10 which means no coverage at all.  They sent out this info over a year ago, they would like to have it sent again.

Public Comment:  Tom Quinn is here to “plug” for his candidacy for Dunn County Supervisor, district 9. Tom is our current county supervisor and is re-running for one more term.  He discussed what is going on with the county at this time.

Board thanked Bob for all the years he has put into our township, all the support he and Candy have given over the years.
