Committee Reports:  Fire/Ambulance asked that we remind residents to keep driveways/roadways clear of debris and such so they have easier access if needed to come to your home.

Ambulance is in process of getting ready to put an ad in paper for EMS Chief.

Fire District just made the last payment to Shefchik on the new building.

New Business:  Tim Stauffer here to discuss possibly having a catering/wedding venue on his property.

Tim has gotten with the county and filled out the proper paperwork to get the permits. The county also encouraged Tim to get with the neighbors to let them know, which Tim has done.  He presented maps of the property and the layout of what he has in mind to do.

Requesting a special exception permit to host venues.  They would like to host up to 300 people, starting at 10am, shutting down by 11pm.  There will be no alcohol sold at this property.

Once the county reviews the paperwork and deems it complete, they will put in the paper and send the necessary paperwork for us to sign off on.

Josh Edhlund and Tim has asked that we revisit the “Dry township” referendum in the future to get it reversed.
